TYLER PERRY WINS LAWSUIT
Tyler Perry has, fortunately, won the lawsuit filed against him by a woman named Donna West claiming he stole his hit play and movie Diary of a Mad Black Woman from her. Jurors found that West did not present evidence that supported her claim of copyright infringement. She claims that Perry saw her play Fantasy of a Black Woman and took material from it.
